Scarlett Sage, the owner of a massage parlor, is having a conversation with one of her employees, Delilah Day. They are interrupted when a man, Charles Dera, comes in and tries to book a massage. Scarlett and Delilah both seem to recognize him. Delilah is about to deny Charles but is quickly intercepted by Scarlett, who books the massage for Charles. She points him towards a private room, assuring him that she’ll be with him shortly.
